Kidz Camp 2008 - July 14 - 18, 2008

Early Registration by June 22nd. Cost is $150/camper

Regular registration is June 23 - July 6th. Cost is $170/camper

Late registration after July 6th. Cost is $200/camper

Camper Registration - All campers must submit this form along with a copy of their insurance form/card. The registation form must have parent's signature notorized.

Lice Check Form - every child must have a lice check performed within 24 hours of arriving at camp by a qualified person. If the child is checked at camp, there will be a $2 charge for the lice check.

Parent's Information Sheet - what to send to camp, rules, who to make checks out to, etc.

(note: make all checks payable to NWIL District - even Snack Shack funds)
